Insp1re.com has been in planning and production for over two years prior to its launch just three months ago. Inspire.com personal development manager Cassie Lang explains: “In that time we have interviewed a wide range of very successful business people and sports men and woman and have asked them to divulge their secrets to success and how they maintain their motivation, drive and ambition – even when things are not going right.”

Using Westcountry based production and marketing teams this has resulted in over 20 informative pay to view inspirational motivational videos.

Successful business people from the South West who divulge their secrets include; Plymouth based retailer and multi millionaire Chris Dawson, Dorset based SME expert, Emma Wimhurst founder of Diva Cosmetics who revolutionised the teenage colour cosmetic market and Insp1re.com founder, Peter Cousens who talks candidly about his own 7 discipline plan he has used to build several multi million pound businesses.

The videos also offer an insight into the methods and mindsets of a wide range of sport champions from; Derek Redmond, Olympian and 400m champion to the first successful Formulae1 female racing driver Alice Powell.

“The objective is to help people develop personally to focus on achieving their goals and to realise that no barrier is insurmountable” explains Ms Lang.

“Developing the mindset of an individual who is going to succeed either on the track or in the boardroom is very similar” adds Mr Peter Cousens. “The business people we interviewed were selected on their success, experience and their inspirational qualities and ability to motivate those around them.”

The motivational, coaching market has experienced a recent boom and is acknowledged as a very competitive market place. There is evidence of a definite move on from ‘self help’ books, to a new interactive approach to suit the individual. Even the new revised Business Link service is moving to a central web support hub with emphasis on successful business people working with local businesses in a coaching, mentoring role.

Mr Cousens continues: “It’s well researched that business people want to be able to learn from other successful business people and we focused on presenting this formulae in an easily accessible and affordable way. We want to be able assist youngsters seeking to competitively pursue their chosen sport as well as those thinking of setting up a business or seeking to develop their own career path. There are words of wisdom on setting up your own business to developing your entrepreneurial skills or simply looking to improve areas of your life through positive thinking. Since the launch over 150 people have joined the Premier Club and we are focusing on rolling out our marketing plan and developing our partner contacts and new content.”
